Payment
There are three payment options:
- Fixed Price: The conference software needs to be prepaid. The advantage of having it is that once you have paid, you will not have to pay more even if the number of submissions on your license is exceeded.
- Flexible: Sign up with your credit card, and we’ll bill you as needed based on your submission activity. You’ll be notified a week prior to any charges. This option is ideal for those uncertain about their submission volume, offering flexibility. Available for Conference Pro and Platinum.
- Deposit: With this plan, you start by paying a deposit for a minimum number of submissions. If you exceed this limit, you’ll need to make a final payment for the extra submissions. Available for Conference Pro and Platinum.
Pricing of Submissions (USD)
For Conference Pro and Platinum, if choosing the Deposit or Flexible option, you will be asked to select the minimum number of submissions. If you select a larger number, you will receive a discount of up to 40%, see below.
